Oh a hot summer day grab a tall cool glass of strawberry lemonade garnished with berries and head for the gazebo. Then kick off your shoes and enjoy the summer breeze. Uses a sugar substitute so this makes a great diabetic drink. Ingredients:
1 cup fresh lime juice or 1 cup bottled lime juice |
1 -1 1/2 cup quartered strawberry |
4 cups water |
36 packets equal sugar substitute |
ice cube |
6 lime wedges or 6 strawberries (garnish) |
Directions:
1. Process lime juice and strawberries in blender or food processor until smooth. 2. Mix lime mixture, water and Equal; in pitcher. 3. Pour over ice cubes in tall glasses; garnish with fruit. |
