This is a recipe taken from Family Circle magazine. Haven't had a chance to try it yet, but looks delicious! Ingredients:
3/4-1 cup sugar |
1 (3 ounce) package strawberry gelatin |
1 cup boiling water |
6 cups cold water |
1 cup fresh lemon juice |
Directions:
1. In a 3 quart heatproof pitcher, stir together sugar, gelatin and boiling water. 2. Continue stirring until sugar and gelatin are dissolved. 3. Add cold water and lemon juice. 4. Refrigerate to chill, serve over ice. 5. Garnish with lemon slices. |
