This is a simple but yummy cake. Looks so pretty when brought to the table. Ingredients:
1 pkg white cake mix |
1/2 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons rum |
1 pint heavy whipping cream, whipped |
2 cups strawberry halves |
Directions:
1. Prepare cake according to directions on the box. 2. Pour into greased n floured 9 round cake pans. 3. Bake till cake test done. Cool , then remove from pan. 4. Fold sugar and rum into whipped cream. 5. Spread between layers and over top of cake n the sides. 6. Refrigerate till serving time. 7. Just before serving arrange strawberries on top. |
