                    A variation on several mango lassi recipes on this site. I combined a couple of things that looked good, and it came out delicious. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                5 large ripe strawberries, washed and hulled  |  
                                                8 ounces plain yogurt  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon grated fresh ginger  |  
                                                2 tablespoons sugar  |  
                                                1 1/2 teaspoons rose water  |  
                                                1/4 cup cold water  |  
                                                4 ice cubes  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Combine all ingredients in blender canister. 2. Blend on high until smooth.                              |
