I received an email this morning from the Best of Spark People and this is one of the recipes that was featured. Ingredients:
1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries |
1 medium kiwi fruit, without skin |
1 banana |
4 ounces apple juice |
1/2 cup ice |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. |
