A nice, healthy summer salad. Goes well with the lemon dressing also in my recipes. Ingredients:
1/3 to 1/2 c. lemon dressing or poppyseed dressing |
6 c. bite size pieces mixed salad greens |
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries |
1 c alfalfa sprouts |
3/4 c bite size jicama pieces |
2 kiwi, peeled, halved and sliced |
Directions:
1. Toss dressing and all ingredients. 2. Or arrange sliced fruit on beds of greens and drizzle with dressing. |
