Found this in a kraft magazine and tried it with sugar free jello. Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) box sugar-free strawberry gelatin |
2 cups frozen strawberries |
1 cup boiling water |
1 cup cool whip |
Directions:
1. Dissolve jello in hot water. 2. Add frozen strawberries to jello and stir until partially thickened. 3. Stir 1/2 cup juice into cool whip. 4. Divide into 4 dessert cups. 5. Top with strawberry mixture. 6. Top with additional cool whip, if desired. 7. Chill 1/2 hour. |
