Strawberry Jam - No Sugar |

The recipe comes from the Ball Blue Book. I have not made this myself. Ingredients:
2 quarts strawberries |
1 cup water |
1 package no sugar needed dry pectin |
Directions:
1. Wash, stem and crush strawberries. 2. Measure 5 cups into a large saucepot and add remaining ingredients. 3. Stir to dissolve pectin. 4. Bring to a boil, stirrring constantly. 5. Boil 1 minute. 6. Ladle into hot sterilized half pint jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace. 7. Process 10 minutes in a boiling water bath canner. |
