The easiest and most delicious ever! Note: This works with almost any real fruit juice, but citrus fruit fruit juices. Ingredients:
150 ml cream |
300 ml strawberry juice (with at least 50% real strawberries) |
1 teaspoon potato starch |
2 teaspoons sugar |
Directions:
1. Beat the cream until floaty stiff.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Blend thoroughly.
4. Place the mixture into your ice cream making machine and churn and freeze regarding your ice cream making machine instructors manual.
5. Freeze or enjoy immediately.
