Use your 4-qt. ice cream maker to create this summer time treat! Don't be afraid to get creative and try other types of fruit. Ingredients:
2 quarts fresh strawberries or 2 quarts frozen strawberries, thawed |
1 cup sugar |
2 cups water |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Puree strawberries and combine with sugar. Let stand 2 hours. 2. Add water and lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 3. Freeze as directed by the ice cream maker's manufacturer's instructions. |
