A Strawberry Glaze I haven't found on Zaar. I haven't try it but I guess it's delicious on a piece of cake :P Ingredients:
1 cup strawberry, washed and hulled |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch |
2 tablespoons grand marnier or 1 1/2 teaspoons orange extract |
Directions:
1. Mash strawberries.
2. Combine them with sugar and cornstarch in a heavy saucepan.
3. Stir well.
4. Cook oven medium heat until thick, stirring constantly.
5. Stir in Grand Marnier.
6. Cover and chill.
