A cold soup perfect for appetizer, served in small verrine will add punch on this Spanish inspired cold soup! Ingredients:
250 g of strawberries |
1 tbsp of lemon juice |
1 tbsp of vinegar of xeres |
2 tbsps of olive oil |
3 tbsps bread crumbs |
fresh basil leaves (amount depends on your preference) |
1 glass of cold water |
Directions:
1. Clean and cut the heads of your strawberries. Put in an electric mixer all the ingredients and give a good blend according to your desired consistency. Refrigerate for about an hour. |
