I dress up strawberry cream cheese with honey and a touch of lemon peel. This creamy creation is perfect for dipping berries, sliced kiwi, cubed melon or most any fruit.—Pat Habiger, Spearville, Kansas Ingredients:
1 carton (8 ounces) whipped strawberry cream cheese |
1-1/2 teaspoons honey |
1 teaspoon milk |
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel |
assorted fresh fruit |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, honey, milk and lemon peel. Serve with fruit. Refrigerate leftovers. Yield: 3/4 cup. |
