A super smoothie-and a great way to jump start your day! Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt |
3/4 cup milk |
1 (10 ounce) package frozen sweetened strawberries |
Directions:
1. Whir all ingredients in blender until smooth. Chill. 2. Makes about two 10-oz. servings. |
