Ingredients:
6 slices pineapple |
3 ounces filtered water |
1 banana, peeled |
6 fresh or frozen strawberries |
1 -ounce wheatgrass juice |
Directions:
1. Juice the pineapple first. Add the filtered water to flush the juice through. Put the pineapple juice in the blender with the banana. Start on a low setting while you add the strawberries.
