This is an easy cake with an outstanding outcome. I have seen many versions but I like this one. Ingredients:
1 box white cake mix |
1 4-serving size strawberry jello |
4 eggs |
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 cup oil |
1 cup sour cream |
store bought cream cheese icing |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Grease and flour one bundt pan and set aside 3. Add cake mix, jello, eggs, sour cream, milk and 4. oil in a large mixing bowl 5. Beat with electric mixer until moistened 6. Then beat on medium speed for 2 min. 7. Spoon into prepared pan 8. Bake for 40-45 or until toothpick inserted comes out clean 9. Cool in pan for 15 min then invert onto cooling rack 10. Allow cake to cool completely 11. Place icing in microwave for 10-15 seconds 12. Stir and then drizzle onto the cake |
