A Kraft recipe. Use as a dip for chicken nuggets or kebobs. Cooking time include refrigeration time. Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar-free strawberry jam |
3 ounces low-fat cream cheese |
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt |
1 tablespoon onion soup mix |
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan over low heat melt the preserves. 2. Add cream cheese; stir until smooth. 3. Remove from heat; stir in low-fat yogurt and onion soup mix. 4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to 3 days. 5. Serve slightly chilled. |
