This uses a box cake mix and is very easy to make Ingredients:

strawberry cake mix |
16 oz container of strawberries thawed |
3 eggs |
2 teaspoons of lemon juice |
2 teaspoons of rum extract |
icing |
2 teaspoons of strawberry liquid (reserved from frozen berries) |
2 teaspoons of rum extract |
2 teaspoons of lemon juice |
powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. mix cake mix, berries, lemon juice, eggs and extract 2. Pour into greased bundt cake pan 3. bake at 350 for 20 minutes 4. let cake cool, then invert onto plate 5. mixes strawberries and lemon juice with extract and add powdered sugar until desired consistency. 6. drizzle over cake |
