I didn't even get the pan back. Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs |
6 tablespoons sugar |
10 tablespoons butter-melted |
1 8oz package cream cheese-softened |
1 cup confectioners' sugar |
1 16oz tub whipped topping |
1 3oz package strawberry gelatin |
1/2 cup boiling water |
1 8oz cup strawberry yogurt |

2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs |
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons butter-melted |
Directions:
1. In a bowl,combine graham crackers,sugar,and butter. 2. Press into an ungreased 9 x 13 x 2 dish. Refridgerate 15 minutes. 3. Meanwhile,in a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. 4. Whisk in 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread over prepared crust. 5. In a large bowl,dissolve gelatin boiling water. 6. Whisk in yogurt and 6 cups of whipped topping until blended. Pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 1 hour. 7. Spread remaining whipped topping over strawberry layer. 8. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 9. Just before serving,combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over. |
