Quick to prepare and even quicker to disappear, this strawberry-covered cream cheese pie will be a new family favorite. Ingredients:
1 (21 ounce) can lucky leaf® premium strawberry pie filling |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk |
1/3 cup lemon juice |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust |
Directions:
1. In medium bowl beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
2. Slowly add sweetened condensed milk, beating until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla until mixed well.
3. Pour into crust. Chill 6 to 8 hours or until firm and then top with LUCKY LEAF Premium Strawberry Pie Filling, or cut pieces and spoon pie filling over each slice.
