Strawberry Cream Cheese Icing |

This is more than plenty to frost a 2 layer cake. Ingredients:
4 ounces butter |
8 ounces cream cheese |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla |
4 ounces strawberries, pureed |
7 cups powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Bring butter & cream cheese to room temperature.
2. Blend (in a large bowl) until thoroughly combined.
3. Add vanilla and strawberry puree.
4. Blend again.
5. Slowly add/blend powdered sugar.
