A simple, filling snack or breakfast full of protein and fiber. Ingredients:
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese |
1/2 cup fiber one cereal |
1/2 cup strawberry (fresh or frozen works) |
Directions:
1. Put cottage cheese and cereal in bowl. 2. Slice up strawberries and throw on top. 3. I just mixed it all up with a spoon and consumed! |
