Strawberry Corn Muffins

Use some strawberries to brighten up your next batch of corn muffins!
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup cornmeal
3 tbsp sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup chopped strawberries(or more if you want)
butter to serve with muffins.
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 and line a 12 cup regular muffin pan with paper liners.
2. Mix together dry ingredients in a bowl.
3. Add milk, melted butter and beaten egg and mix with a fork. Muffin batter should be slightly lumpy, not smooth.
4. Gently fold in strawberries.
5. Divide batter between the muffin cups.
6. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Serve hot with lots of butter.
