This is great served with porridge. Ingredients:
75 g dried strawberries, chopped |
75 g dried apricots, chopped |
3/4 cup cranberry juice, unsweetened |
1 tablespoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine fruits, juice and sugar in pot. 2. Cook over moderate heat till sugar dissolves. 3. Bring to the boil, reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 10 minutes till fruit is soft. 4. Cool for 30 minutes. |
