Strawberry Colada Smoothie |

I've seen recipes for a strawberry colada smoothies on here before, but all of them seem to contain coconut milk or cream of coconut. I wanted something a little healthier, so I devised this. Ingredients:
4 slices pineapple, canned |
1/4 pineapple juice (reserved from the canned pineapple) |
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries |
1 frozen banana |
1 cup nonfat yogurt, coconut cream (2 6-oz. containers) |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together. |
