Strawberry & Coconut Panna Cotta |

I thought this sounded like a great summer dessert. Recipe from Ayam. Ingredients:
270 ml coconut cream |
1/2 cup warm water |
4 tablespoons sugar |
2 teaspoons gelatin |
1 teaspoon vanilla essence |
400 g strawberry yogurt |
300 g strawberries |
Directions:
1. Combine water, sugar and gelatine in a heatproof jug and microwave on high for 30 seconds. 2. Allow to cool for 5 mins then whisk together with the vanilla, coconut cream & yoghurt until smoooth. 3. Pour into 1/2 cup moulds & refrigerate until set. 4. Serve with fresh strawberries. |
