A fluffy, creamy cool dessert. Feel free to use any flavor gelatin you have on hand.

Ingredients:

1 (3 ounce) package strawberry gelatin

1 (3 ounce) package vanilla pudding mix

2 1/2 cups water

1 (8 ounce) container cool whip lite, thawed

Directions:

1. Cook and stir gelatin, pudding mix and water over medium heat until mixture boils.
2. Cool until partially set; fold in Cool Whip.
3. Chill until serving.
