Strawberry-Citrus Smoothie |

A smoothie made with low-fat yogurt and fruit. I use non-fat, no sugar added yogurt, which makes this good for diabetics. Garnish with a mint sprig, if desired. Ingredients:
1 cup frozen strawberries, partially thawed |
1 large banana |
1 cup orange juice |
8 ounces no-sugar-added nonfat lemon yogurt |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
4 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender. 2. Process until smooth. 3. Pour into glasses and enjoy! |
