This is my new favorite snack/dessert. The ingredient amounts are just approximations; I never measure these out explicitly. I use ceylon cinnamon instead of the normal Chinese cinnamon. Use unsweetened soy milk to make it more diabetic-friendly. Ingredients:
1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries |
1 cup soymilk |
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon |
10 drops liquid stevia |
water |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a blender. Add water to achieve desired consistency. |
