I usually use boneless skinless chicken. I find it's easier to work with, for myself. Ingredients:
1 large cooked chicken breast, chopped |
1 1/2 cups diced strawberries |
3/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise |
2 green onions, chopped fairly fine |
salt and pepper (optional) |
Directions:
1. Cook Chicken until done,. 2. In a medium size mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. 3. Refriderate 10 to 15 minutes. 4. Serve with Whole wheat crackers or bread. |
