2 (10 ounce) packages frozen, sweetened strawberries |
1 (8 ounce) package light cream cheese, at room temp |
1/2 cup cream of coconut |
2 cups 2% low-fat milk |
1 quart vanilla ice cream |
strawberry slices (for garnish) |
Directions:
1. In a blender combine strawberries, cream cheese and cream of coconut. 2. Cover and blend until smooth. 3. Pour into a punch bowl. 4. Stir in milk. 5. Spoon small scoops of ice cream into the punch. 6. Garnish glasses with strawberry slices. |
