This creamy concoction is refreshing on a hot day. It's really easy to assemble. Ingredients:
2c sliced fresh strawberries |
1/4c chopped almonds,toasted |
1tbs sugar |
1 graham cracker crust(9 ) |
1 pkg.(8oz) cream cheese,softened |
2c cold milk,divided |
1 pkg.(3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix |
Directions:
1. In a bowl,combine the strawberries,almonds and sugar. Pour into crust. In a mixing bowl,beat cream cheese until smooth;gradually add 1/2c of milk. Add pudding mix and remaining milk. Beat for 1 minute or till blended;pour over strawberries. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or till set.
