i just love cheesecakes all types its my weakness lol..............so i hope you will enjoy this ...........this is super easy................. courtesy of bhg............... Ingredients:
1- pouch ( pkg)betty crocker sugar cookie mix |
1/3 -cup butter, melted |
2- tablespoons flour |
2- packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened |
3/4- teaspoon vanilla |
2- eggs |
3/4- cup strawberry spreadable fruit |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix together cookie mix, butter, flour and 1 egg.
3. Press in greased 13x9-inch pan.
4. Bake 15 to 18 minutes until light golden brown. Cool 15 minutes.
5. Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and 2 eggs until smooth.
6. Spread over cookie crust.
7. Spoon spreadable fruit in 3 lines the length of the pan.
8. Use knife to pull spread from side to side through cream cheese mixture at 1-inch intervals.
9. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until filling is set.
10. Refrigerate to chilled, about 2 hours. cut into bars
11. makes 32 bars
