A wonderfully decadent summer cold soup to beat the heat and warm the senses. Soooo simple! Ingredients:
5 cups quartered strawberries |
1/4 cup white sugar |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1 cup champagne |
Directions:
1. Place the strawberries into a blender, and sprinkle with sugar and salt. Process until smooth. Cover, and chill for 2 hours. Stir in champagne just before serving. |
