This is one of my favorite desserts and a requirement on my birthday every year. Hint, hint! The frozen strawberries give the cake a much more natural strawberry taste than any box strawberry cake recipe. Ingredients:
18 ounces white cake mix (1 package) |
3 ounces strawberry jell-o gelatin dessert (1 small package) |
3 tablespoons flour |
4 eggs |
1 cup cooking oil |
10 ounces frozen strawberries |
strawberry frosting |
1/2 cup melted margarine, and cooled |
1 lb powdered sugar |
10 ounces frozen strawberries |
Directions:
1. Preheat over at 350 degrees. 2. Mix together all cake ingredients and pour batter in 9 x 13” cake pan. 3. Bake cake for 45 minutes. |
