These shakes can be a fast snack or lunch. You can change the type of fruit as well such as raspberries, blackberries, blueberries or chunks of pineapple and banana instead. Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups plain yogurt |
1 (10 ounce) package frozen sliced strawberries in syrup |
2/3 cup milk |
2/3 cup crushed ice |
1 tablespoon honey |
4 strawberries |
Directions:
1. In blender, combine the first five ingredients; cover and process mixture until smooth and thickened. 2. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with whole strawberries. 3. Serve immediately. |
