I haven't tried this but I will soon. I think it will be good to have in the morning. Ingredients:
1/2 cup strawberries, frozen |
1/2 cup skim milk, cold |
1 baby banana |
1/2 cup white grape juice, cold |
1 tablespoon wheat germ |
Directions:
1. Simply put everything in a blender. |
