1 1/2 cups flour |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1/2 tsp baking soda |
1/4 tsp cinnamon |
1/4 tsp salt |
1 cup crushed strawberries |
3/4 cup vegetable oil |
2 eggs, beaten |
1 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Add the strawberries, oil, eggs, and pecans and mix well. Spoon into a greased and floured large loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until the loaf tests done. Remove to a wire rack to cool. 2. Yield: 1 loaf |
