This is a delicious, quick and easy bread for breakfast, or mid-day snack! Ingredients:
3 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 cups sugar |
4 eggs, beaten |
1 1/4 cups oil |
1 cup sour cream |
1 package frozen strawberries, thawed |
Directions:
1. Stir together ingredients and pour into two greased and floured loaf pans. 2. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
