Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen strawberries, thawed |
4 eggs |
1 1/4 cups vegetable oil |
3 cups all-purpose flour |
2 cups sugar |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 cup chopped nuts |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Grease and flour two 9x5 loaf pans; set aside. 3. In medium bowl, combine strawberries, eggs and oil. 4. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and nuts. 5. Add strawberry mixture to dry ingredients and stir just until blended. 6. Pour into pans. 7. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. 8. Makes 2 loaves. |
