We found this in the Low-Carb Bible and we love it on fish or pork.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup chopped strawberry
1/3 cup chopped blueberries
2 tablespoons chopped bell peppers
2 tablespoons chopped carrots
1 tablespoon chopped onion
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon minced jalapeno pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.

Let stand 20 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
3.
Serve with grilled fish or pork or chicken.
