This came from The Saturday Evening Post. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat milk |
8 ounces frozen sliced strawberries |
8 ounces ice |
2 ounces frozen plain fat-free yogurt |
1/2 medium banana |
Directions:
1. In blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. 2. Add more ice for thicker consistency. |
