Strawberry-Banana Yogurt Smoothie |

This can easily be adapted to whatever you have on hand. Substitute milk for juice, or peaches and raspberries for the strawberries and bananas. I purposly don't add sweeteners, because the juice is naturally sweet, but also because I like the tartness of the fruit. Yummy for those of you who need energy in the morning, but hate eating breakfast (like me!). Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) container yogurt (whatever flavor tickles your fancy) |
1 small banana, sliced |
3 -4 large strawberries, sliced |
1/2 cup juice (i like pomegranate) |
1/2 teaspoon orange zest |
Directions:
1. Blend well, and enjoy! |
