This is a delicious low cal treat Ingredients:
2 cups cold skim milk |
1 (3 ounce) package jello sugar-free strawberry gelatin |
1 (8 ounce) container plain low-fat yogurt |
1 cup crushed ice |
1 large banana, cut into chunks |
Directions:
1. Pour milk into blender container. 2. Add remaining ingredients; cover and blend at high speed for 30 seconds, or until smooth. |
