For a quick breakfast when you're running out the door or as a satisfying afternoon snack, whip up this super soy smoothie packed with hunger-squelching protein. Ingredients:
2 cups fresh strawberries, stemmed and halved (about 10 strawberries) |
1 1/2 cups vanilla low-fat soy milk |
1 1/2 tablespoons honey |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 banana, sliced |
1 cup frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed |
Directions:
