Ingredients:
2 cups fresh strawberries, stemmed and halved (about 10 strawberries)
1 1/2 cups vanilla low-fat soy milk
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 banana, sliced
1 cup frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Top each serving with 1/4 cup whipped topping. Serve immediately.
