1 large ripe banana, cut in half |
1 cup frozen unsweetened whole strawberries |
3/4 cup orange juice or pineapple juice |
1 (8-ounce) carton vanilla low-fat yogurt |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender; process 1 minute or until smooth. Serve immediately. |
