Strawberry Banana Smoothie With Apple Cider |

This came about when I wanted to use up some items from the kitchen and threw it all together for a delicious smoothie! Ingredients:
1 banana |
3/4 cup frozen strawberries |
1/2 cup apple cider |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 tablespoon flax seed (crushed) |
Directions:
1. Just blend everything together! Add more or less of anything to get it to just the right consistency/taste. 2. I added chocolate syrup to the glass to make it look nice (doesn't change the taste really). 3. A good variation also is to add maple syrup instead of honey! |
