A wonderful and colourful smoothie to set you off for the day or to enjoy when you need it most after a long morning at work. Enjoy! Ingredients:
2 bananas, peeled |
2 cups fresh strawberries, rinsed |
4 cups skim milk |
1 cup cold water |
honey |
Directions:
1. Cut the bananas into small pieces. 2. Cut the strawberries into small cubes. 3. Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth. 4. Serve chilled. |
