A perfect smoothie that combines fresh fruit to form great taste. This is perfect for a snack or a quick breakfast. Ingredients:
1 cup fresh strawberries |
1 medium banana |
1 cup ice |
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt |
1/4 cup sugar (or sugar substitute) |
1 cup low-fat milk |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender and set to smoothie or medium high setting until blended (add extra ice to desired consistency). |
