I think this is a yummy smoothie with a great banana taste. I loved the fact that this only makes 1 glass. I got it from Denise Austin's Morning Stretch. Feel free to substitute your favorite fruits for the ones listed below and create your own unique blend! Ingredients:
1/2 small ripe banana |
1/2 cup strawberry |
1/2 cup nonfat milk |
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt |
1 teaspoon honey |
2 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. In a blender, process until smooth ripe banana, strawberries, fat-free milk, low-fat plain yogurt, honey, and 1 or 2 ice cubes. 2. Serve. |
